PRIORITY APPLICATION DEADLINE: 29 APRIL 2019!

Applications are almost due for the LATTITUDE GLOBAL VOLUNTEERING world famous INTERNATIONAL GAP YEAR programmes in 2020!
We know, 2020 seems a long way off, but now is the time to start considering your options. Our closing date is MONDAY 29th APRIL 2019 – get in before this date to ensure your best possible chance at securing your spot – many of our destination countries DO reach capacity early every year. 

For those of you who are new to Lattitude: we are the international Gap Year organisation, providing 17-25 yr olds with supported and structured overseas work experience placements since 1972. Now offering a choice of 12 destination countries, and a wide range of roles within each, we have something for everybody!

No experience necessary, all training, support, food and accommodation included – join our family of 46,000 “gappers” and get out into the world!

NEWS FROM LATTITUDE
Project Asia – English Tutoring in Vietnam
During the first three months of our Project Asia programme, volunteers are placed in schools in Vietnam, assisting the students with their English language learning.

Lattitude volunteer Josh has written an excellent piece about his time in Vietnam.

Jordan’s epic New Zealand gap year
As well as sending young Kiwis off into the world, Lattitude New Zealand also hosts volunteers from abroad in schools and outdoor camps across Aotearoa. Jordan Oately was a British volunteer at St Kevin’s College, Oamaru, as a School Assistant and boarding hostel supervisor.

He’s written a great article, that shines a light on the experience of being a School Assistant with Lattitude, and the adventure and personal development that comes with the role.

Jordan: “I developed many skills whilst in New Zealand; however three stand out for me – independence, responsibility and teaching.”

Volunteering with kids in stunning Cuenca, Ecuador
Cuenca is a beautiful town in the highlands of Ecuador. Its stunning town centre is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Our Lattitude ‘gappers’ get involved in all sorts of activities here, with a real focus on working with kids in schools and after-school programmes.
