The 2018 Scholarship results were announced yesterday. Congratulations to the 31 students who were awarded Scholarships – in total they earned 34 Scholarships and 3 Outstanding Scholarships.
29 students were awarded one Scholarship; two students – Rebecca Farquhar & Molly Hurley were awarded two and our 2018 Dux, Margo Montes de Oca was awarded four, including two Outstanding Scholarships, Margo has been named in the Outstanding scholar list (46 nationally). So well deserved. Our other Outstanding scholarship recipient was Adelie Lallement was the Top Scholar in French. That makes two years in a row for this department, which is an incredible result.
These are wonderful results on top of our best ever Level 3 achievement – which will be detailed in next week’s newsletter – and the nearly $800,000 worth of external awards and scholarships this cohort gained last year.
We wish them all well as they head to a range of cities to start the next stage of their lives.
