Among events that will continue we are eager to announce that applications for the UC Science Summer Camp 2020 will open 8 July.
UC will be hosting two Open Day events this year; Rā Tōmene | Digital Open Day on 9 July and Rā Tōmene | on Campus Open Day on 27 August, to provide insight into subject choices and course advice. Save the dates!
Rā Tōmene | Digital Open Day provides an opportunity to access information about future study options through a digital platform!
We encourage Year 12 and 13 students to click on through to the Science Information Booth, view subject videos and ask as many questions as needed to help in their decision making. From 12:00 pm to 12:45 pm viewers can access a Science Overview presentation and there will be course advisors at the ready to provide guidance and answer questions
The subject videos can be accessed all day and there will be subject specialists scheduled in throughout the day to answer queries.
The UC Science Summer Camp 2020 is as much a chance to experience life on campus as it is an opportunity meet fellow Year 12s who are as interested in science from all over Aotearoa. Year 12 students come to stay on campus for 5 days and explore all the college has to offer.
