We would like to extend a warm invitation to you and your students to participate in Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington’s Year 12 Day: an on-campus experience for Year 12 students.
Year 12 students from Wellington secondary schools are invited to come to the University’s Kelburn campus and participate in an exciting one-day programme.

The purpose of the day is to provide a programme that will:
- allow students to explore university study and student life
- enable students to familiarise themselves with the campus and gain first-hand experience of university subjects and potential career options through sample lectures.
The programme will include an ‘Introduction to University’ session hosted by our Future Students Team. Students will also have the opportunity to attend three sample lectures from the following supject areas:
- Business
- Arts, Communication and Education
- Creative Industries (Architecture, Design, Theatre, Music)
- Health
- Law
- Science and Technology
