2025 WGC Sport Registrations are now Open

Full information on each sport offered and the registration link to that sport can be found on the WGC Sports website under Co-Curricular. (wgc.school.nz/co-curricular/sport/)

Parents and students should complete the online registration form together. Students will not be eligible to play for their selected sports if this is not done and the registration fee paid.

SOCIAL COMPETITIVE TEAMS

We have over 20 different sports available, and students (Yr 10 and above) can choose to play in teams that have been trialed and selected, or they may put teams together with friend groups. The team will not be entered into competitions unless all team members have paid and completed an individual registration form. The team’s captain will need to enter one social team registration form online. This can be found via the Registration forms link.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The success of sport at Wellington Girls’ College relies on volunteer coaches and managers working on behalf of the students. If you can help us, please indicate this on your student’s registration form or contact the Sports Department.
