Ceres (demolition): The work on constructing the rubbish chute will be completed this week. The shute will be in action next week 15 November to 19 November and probably into the following week. The rubbish chute will be used after 3.30 pm each day. The door out to the hall driveway will not be available for use at that time, the area between the hall door and the end of the drive will be blocked off. A person will be located in the hall foyer to direct people to the staff door out to the quad. Please note while the rubbish chute is in action it will be very noisy. From Monday work will commence in the quad working on an alternate electrical cable to power the Music rooms and Prefabs at the back of the hall. All going well they plan to hook up the new cable on the weekend of 20 November.

Hawkins (building): Hawkins take over the hall on Monday 15 November. The first week they will be working with Ceres setting up the power, and water reticulation for the area. Work on the lift continues next week with scaffolding going up from Monday.
