The Elaine P. Snowden Astronomy School is a 6-day FREE residential school for year 13 students who enjoy physics and are interested in astronomy. Please note travel to and from Christchurch (and transfers) to attend the astronomy school are provided.
Students spend time at UC’s Ilam campus, staying in the halls and attending lectures and they travel to Tekapo to observe the night skies at UC’s Mt John Observatory.
