An ideal caller should be perceptive, bold, loud, commanding and confident in the water with good balance.
You need to be able to attend at least 5 of the 8 water trainings, held at the lagoon at 5pm on Mondays and Wednesdays commencing 11 February.
Competition dates are:
- Saturday 23 February – Dragonboat Fun Day on Wellington harbour
- Sunday 10 March – Dragonboat Festival on Wellington harbour
- 4-6 April – Dragonboat Nationals at Lake Karapiro
