Outdoor Education is part of the Physical Education & Health Curriculum and needs to be embraced by parents, students and staff.
Year 10 students will go on a 2 night, 3 day journey to the Marlborough Sounds. They will participate in tramping, sea kayaking, mountain biking and camping as well as getting involved with an on going environmental project. This is an exciting opportunity for the students and school to be part of a project in conjunction with the Marlborough Adventure Company and the Department of Conservation. This will give the girls the chance to give back to the community and make a difference for the future.
Year 11 , Year 12 and Year 13 PE courses also include aspects of Outdoor Education.
