I am delighted to share that nominations are now open for the 2021 GirlBoss Awards. The GirlBoss Awards are about recognising the changemakehers, the up-and-comers, the innovators and the bold young women who are shaping the future of New Zealand.
This year’s GirlBoss Awards are bigger than ever, and we have 12 different categories. With categories ranging from Leadership, Sport, Wellness, Enterprise, Volunteering, Arts & Culture, and everything in between – there truly is a GirlBoss Category for every passionate young woman out there. GirlBoss Award winners receive a $1000 cash grant and an incredible platform to continue their work. This is an amazing opportunity, so make sure you learn more and apply or nominate below.
You can either nominate someone in your life or you can apply directly for an award. It can sometimes be uncomfortable to nominate yourself for an award, but it is so important to put yourself forward for opportunities. Every year when I call the successful GirlBoss Award winners, I hear “I can’t believe I won, I thought it was such a long shot.”
As a woman it is important to be champions for ourselves as well as others. So go ahead. You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain.
