Wellington Girls’ College has been invited to join the Alliance Combined Space School Expedition to NASA in 2019.
CASE Space School in conjuction with Actura, have successfully delivered the STEAM Study Program in Australia since 2014 and in New Zealand since 2017. They work with over 200 schools and have had thousands of students participate. As a result, the students return from the program more focused, inquisitive and eager to pursue the subjects they are interested in.
They are now planning expeditions for students from Alliance member schools. 2019 dates are:
· Junior Program (Years 8-10) from 30 June – 13 July
· Senior Program (Years 11-13) from 9 to 22 December
There is no initial financial commitment and no requirement to form a full group; even if you are just one interested student you will be able to participate.
