I am looking for musicians to form a Junior Concert Band for six weeks next term. We will be learning two new pieces of easy but fun music, rehearsing before school and lunchtime on Tuesdays starting in Week 4. The instruments normally found in a concert band are listed below, but if your instrument is not there it doesn’t matter, you can still join – the more the merrier!
Junior Concert Band is great preparation for full concert band in 2019, but it’s also a good way to find out if concert band is the sort of thing you’d like to be involved in next year or not.
