A reminder that our After 5pm Young Professionals Graduate Panel is where we gather 6-8 young, engaging people working in the food and fibre sector who will share their experiences and advice with both students and their parents. The overall objective is to give students relevant facts, details, and information so that they can make more informed further study decisions by exciting them about the career opportunities in the primary sector.

Date: Wednesday 25th May
Location: Wool Room, Massey University campus, Palmerston North.
Time: The event officially starts at 5.30pm but doors will be open from 5:15pm
Catering: Light refreshments will be provided.
Aim of the event: To present students with relevant, interesting facts and insights about career opportunities in the primary sector, so that they can make informed study/career decisions.
Format: We have a panel of 8 young, engaging people from the following organisations and sectors who are going to briefly speak about what they do, how they got there and where they want to end up:
- BNZ
- PGG Wrightson
- Fonterra
- Farming
- Massey – current students in Ag/Hort/Enviro
- Pest control
They will then answer some questions from the MC. Feel free to bring your own questions – it will be reasonably informal.
