Course content
Teaching high quality barista technique in extraction and micro foam.
Understanding of roast, tour of Roastery included.
Understanding customer service, students will have the opportunity to put this in action with our get a coffee for a gold coin donation to Neonatal made by the students under my guidance. (day 2 only)
Learn recipes of all coffee-based drinks and hot chocolate.
