Congratulations to violinists Lisa Artmann and Fiona Quinn (Year 12), and violist Ella Dowsett-Farmer (Year 13) who have been chosen for the New Zealand Secondary Students Symphony Orchestra.
The best secondary school instrumentalists from around the country audition for places in this orchestra which rehearses during the holidays. The students are tutored by some of New Zealand’s foremost musicians, resulting in a performance which showcases advanced music at the end of the course.
