Projects Abroad have been running these high school medical programmes for over 15 years. They are designed for students in years 11 to 13 and are run over the summer holiday period.
The programmes run in countries such as Nepal, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Tanzania and Kenya. Students spend time in hospitals, community health settings and attend workshops with local doctors. Full 24/7 supervision and care is provided by the Projects Abroad local staff.
