Flexible hours – drivers are able to choose their own hours within our shifts each week. This allows them to cut back on hours when school is busy, increase them over the breaks, pick up no hours to take holidays, and work around their extra curricula and social lives

Uncapped earnings – drivers are paid per delivery, which allows them to learn self motivation as the harder you work, the more they make. Delivereasy looks after new drivers with distortionary top ups to ensure they’re paid well while learning, and drivers in the Wellington make an average of $25-$35 an hour from deliveries

Incentive bonus – we offer a $250 for drivers once they complete 200 deliveries, as well as a $250 referral bonus for drivers who refer their friends, and they also complete 200 deliveries. This creates goal setting opportunities and rewards for achieving those ( this time of the year is a time where our sign up and referral bonuses are active )

Kiwi owned business – we’re local! We care about our drivers and part of my role as a coordinator is to provide support, and give and receive feedback. There are opportunities for growth within our business, drivers are also able to return to their roles in University holidays, if they plan to move out of town next year
– Drivers can be on their restricted or full license. We also intake scooter/moped drivers on their learners license if they have completed a scooter survival or basic handling course. If they have not completed one of these then we can assist in getting them booked into a course and reimburse them for the small cost ($20).
