We are looking for students who would like to take up Archery and compete in the WGC school archery team in 2023!
You don’t need to have used a bow before – we will teach you everything you need to know, and will supply all equipment. We’ll run you through a Beginners course and teach you how to use a bow well, before we compete as a team in the nationally run Archery in Schools tournament. You’ll have the opportunity to earn merit badges and pins as your scores improve. Practices and coaching will be once a week on Thursdays after school in Lower Hutt during daylight savings, and then Sunday mornings in winter.
