Huia Cup Relays – Wed 23rd Sept 12.45pm – 3.15pm at WRAC
WGC will be putting together our best swimmers into relay teams for the Huia Cup for the following races…
The competition will comprise the following boys & girls relay events (4 swimmers per event):
4 x 50m: Medley Under 15 & Under 19
4 x 50m: Breaststroke Under 15 & Under 19
4 x 50m: Backstroke Under 15 & Under 19
4 x 50m: Freestyle Under 15 & Under 19
4 x 50m: Butterfly Open
8 x 50m: Flying Squadron 2 Year 9, 2 Year 10, 2 Year 11, 2 Year 12/13 (can swim in any order)
Swimming Captain, Hannah Pulham, will be putting the teams together but we need everyone to come to a meeting next week with your PBs so we can sort out our entries. If you know of anyone who swims but didn’t attend the individual champs, can you let them know about the meeting please. We need quite a big crew for this event.
